Dr. Sandy, Miranda, and the office staff, (especially Samantha:) are caring, kind professionals. They are wonderful to my adult sons with autism and always put a treatment plan together that works.
I’ve never been there, never made an appointment, but continue to receive a bill! Insurance fraud?!?! Rude when I called to question, refuses to stop harassing me with calls and letters. I’ve finally just filed federal and state complaints. Horrible place to deal with.
It’s been over a year since I couldn’t get a call through to cancel my appointment, I’m still receiving emails for a $50 cancellation fee.
Would not recommend Dr Sandy or Dr Miranda to anyone looking for a pulmonologist they banned my son for him asking for a ventilator then he done the overnight test and it qualified him but they would not send it in to insurance they mailed us a letter saying he was banned. They acted like we annoyed them for asking questions. They do not care about the patients at all.
