This is a horrible place the lady’s that work there are rude
Staff there are rude for no reason
Had to cancel my appointment because I wasn’t feeling well. Automatic $25 charge. After reading the reviews, I won’t be making another one!!
I'm quite confused by the reviews here because I haven't experienced any of those things. The staff was very helpful. Yes, the Dr. is on the quiet side but he gets to the point. No chit chat , no wasting time which I like. I'm there for answers not talk. I've seen about 12 Drs. at this point who could not diagnose or give me any answers besides writing a prescription. He actually found what was wrong and we are addressing it. I'm very thankful for Dr. Mckensie.
This business will charge you a 25 dollar fee for a late/no show appointment. This was not my issue my issue came from that they will not reschedule you before you pay this fee and will not allow you to pay at the office. The representatives are pushy about taking card information over the phone to process your payment despite the risks this presents and will insist that it is a secure method of payment but have no assurances to support this claim. I will not be continuing care at this clinic once my referral expires.
