We have been to 2 other pulmonologists in PC and Dr. McKenzie got right to the point. He researched the records before meeting with us. We have been sent back and forth between other Dr's for a year(cardio,pulmonology. Etc). He shared a reasonable plan of action and we are so happy we found him. I highly recommend this office.
This is a horrible place the lady’s that work there are rude
Staff there are rude for no reason
Had to cancel my appointment because I wasn’t feeling well. Automatic $25 charge. After reading the reviews, I won’t be making another one!!
I'm quite confused by the reviews here because I haven't experienced any of those things. The staff was very helpful. Yes, the Dr. is on the quiet side but he gets to the point. No chit chat , no wasting time which I like. I'm there for answers not talk. I've seen about 12 Drs. at this point who could not diagnose or give me any answers besides writing a prescription. He actually found what was wrong and we are addressing it. I'm very thankful for Dr. Mckensie.
