Let's start with the fact that his professional picture is like from 30 years ago. When he walked into the room I was expecting someone much different. Honestly him and the receptionist both need to retire. They can never hear what I'm saying, she's totally incompetent and unpleasant. A horrible and unprofessional experience. First off, the doctor was three hours late to my first appointment. No heads-up, nothing. Just left me sitting there. I figured I'd give them a second chance, but of course, for my next appointment, they were still an hour late. It’s pretty clear they have zero respect for their patients' time. The staff was no better. They were rude and hung up on me. The whole operation is a mess and totally disorganized. The doctor's best advice was to literally Google things to help me sleep. Unprofessional, a month later and still no help. Biased based off insurance
Barely any people in this office and made me wait an hour and a half past my appointment time. The only staff member I encountered is useless said would call when they got approval from my insurance waited over a month still no call this office needs a lot of improvement and unacceptable to be that late.
I’m not sure what good everyone else is seeing here. I had a weird experience with absolutely no resolution to having a heavy chest not even an X-ray 🥴
