Had three appointments so far, and for each one the doctor has been running late every time. He's been late the first two times by about an hour but this last time he was about two hours late. The doctor can't even make his own appointment time he scheduled with you but expects you to. And to change your plans if he runs late.
I’ve been a patient of this office since 2006. My first sleep test I got gave the doctor the results needed to prescribe a CPAP, but also gave my first truly restful sleep. Over the last 17 years, they have helped me maintain my health by keeping my blood oxygen levels high and probably saved my marriage by eliminating my snoring. The staff are great, especially if you treat them with a bit of the respect you’d expect back. A definite asset to the community. I appreciate them doing what they do.
This is twice that I've came to this clinic with my mom and the wait time was ridiculous...We waited like 20 to 30 minutes in the waiting room and then again in the actual room...This doctor is real slow and he doesn't even do anything but talk the whole time...He does listen to your lungs and does everything else 20 minutes after he arrives in the room...This guy needs help.
I've seen the bad reviews and I don't get it. I have been treated amazingly. Both Lisa and Janelle as well as the doctor have changed my life. I actually sleep now.
