I received a text message confirming an appointment that wasn't supposed to exist because I've never been to this location and I'm a new patient for a different location. When I called, the lady got an attitude with me because she couldn't find my information. Of course you couldn't find it, you're not even supposed to have my number. On hold for a long period of time. They don't ask to put you on hold. They answer and say hold. The call went back to them, they answered and put on hold again 3 more times before I was transferred to a voicemail.

You’ll never receive a call back, and if you do, it’d be weeks/months later. In regards to your response- No one spoke to my aunt, you must have me confused with another patient. I'm a grown adult.

Update on my last review. Anne contacted me from their office. She expressed concerns about the incident and went the extra mile to get a signature from my retired pulmonologist so I could get my new pla and from the DMV Thank you Anne.
