This is only the experience I had with Dr. Brevetta who was the physician on call May 27, 2018, Memorial Day. Very curtly he asked me if I was aware it was a holiday. I was struggling to breath, he asked me what I wanted, I said I needed was a steroid shot to open me up. Once again, in a manner very unbecoming, he told me he couldn't prescribe a shot over the phone. Duh. He never offered to meet me at Hillcrest to help. What a total jerk. It is next to impossible to get to an an appointment. I have never not had to wait on the proverbial "Please hold for our....." Today the wait was 25 minutes. This review is ONLY about get someone on the phone. Dr. Treece is a great physician there!
