I would pass on this practice. The doctor and staff are very unprofessional and rude. They are slow to resolve any issue regarding my family member’s health and are incredibly dismissive about her concerns. If you want to have a provider who insults their patients and does not respond to any of your calls, this is the practice for you. I truly regret giving them a chance. I did not have a negative opinion of the Dr. I was just appalled how the staff talked about every patient.

Disorganized. I have called in April, May, and June. I have called and called to get my mother seen with the referral from her doctor. They always state they will call back when they look it up. Nothing never do they call. We call them and play this back and forth game. This office is a nightmare to schedule with. Since my mom isnt on an HMO come to find out we dont need a referral so we are seeking care elsewhere for her COPD she is in distress living like this and these folks wasted a lot of time monkeying around with us. ... read more
