Spoke with two different staff members who were curt and lacking any customer service skills - why would anyone want to see a specialist there after that. Made an appointment with another office.
Ok so I make appointment and they basically say I need a sleep study them they make another appointment tell me yep I need sleep study..Dr did basicly nothing in 2 trips ..then I get billed and outrageous amount which in itself was bad. Shouldn't have been charged . Find out they not insurance eligible and charge me 500.00 per visit then to make it even better they then proceeded to flip it to collections ,even after I called they office and gave a date I would pay it on ..ur kinda not expecting the bill or to be charged for... read more
