I’m going to find a new practice. They don’t call you with results of your tests, they don’t return calls promptly, and the voicemail system is ridiculous. I had to have my lung scan results sent to my primary doctor in order to find out the results because no one called me from Lung Associates of Sarasota to give me the results. They are just not proactive and there’s plenty of other doctors to go to.
This was my first visit at this office, the atmosphere was decent, the doctor himself was very nice and friendly and same with the medical assistant, however the receptionist was very rude, I asked a question and she responded back with a very snarky rude response, feel it was very unnecessary, especially when dealing with patients who are coming in with certain issues and maybe are a little more anxious, so maybe do better in the future.
This office was given 1 star, only because there wasn't a zero! This office is a nightmare! They are way to busy to take proper care of their patients. Calls are not returned and prescriptions are not ordered. "Sorry, too busy??" Find another office!
They saved my life from severe pneumonia in 2018... I'm eternally grateful...
Very unfriendly and unprofessional environment. Under qualified staff, PA’s masquerading as doctors, arrogant and slower than molasses. A negative comment will get you discharge don’t question them… I believe they are racist.
