Be careful with the front desk at this office. I can't tell you how many times Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb (Black lady and Asian lady) have zero clue as to what they are doing. Asian lady told my husband he had an outstanding balance. I questioned it because we pay every time we are in the office. When I questioned her she said "I don't have any clue". WHAT! The Doctors and staff are excellent! Very easy to get an urgent appointment quickly. Appointments are not rushed. Pulmonary doctors are very knowledgeable and explain everything in terms that are understandable. The staff always either answers the phone or returns my call same day. Also, receive same day response through the patient portal. Highly recommend this practice!!
