Wasn’t taken seriously for sleep apnea during my appointment. Months later after taking a sleep test it turns out I actually do have sleep apnea. My RDI was 40 and AHI was 8 during rem during the test. Staff was overall very friendly, but extremely disappointed in how I wasn’t listened to at all by the doctor.
This place is a circus. If you gave to go here be ready to wait many months before getting any treatment and your care will be neglected. I did a sleep study and results were in in December. I followed up multiple times asking about the results from my sleep study and was told it was not ready going into February. My primary care doctor during my annual checkup looked to see that the results were actually ready and this was how I found out I have severe sleep apnea. I’m a recent patient and was referred by my dentist after a home sleep study he suggested. Mary Lange and her team have gone so above and beyond in communicating with the cpap machine provider and my dentist in order to save me from having to have another sleep study. It’s a rarity these days to have a group of people advocate on your behalf out of concern for your health, time and money. Can’t say enough about their professionalism and compassion.
Lisa Malloy is awesome, been her patient for 4 years, she has always listened and helped me, her professional manner is of top shelf , I highly recommend her, she listens , has solutions, and really gets it done. She is very easy to talk with about your concerns and conditions and very caring, I highly recommend seeing Lisa Malloy.
Lisa Malloy is very unprofessional. She made me feel SO uncomfortable. She didn't listen to me at all. She made assumptions very forwardly and spoke without listening cutting me of numerous times then ended up looking stupid once I was able to finish my sentence finally. I requested a new doctor and they never contacted me again. I was in the middle of treatment so this was very unprofessional.
