Office is easily accessible. Front desk staff are attentive and address concerns quickly. NP Kayla is the best!

PATIENTS BEWARE!!! This has got to be the most absolutely pathetic doctors office I’ve ever stepped foot in. It took them almost 6 months to get a medication for me. Every time I called they had a really vague response. No direct answers. They’re scheduling was horrible. They would take forever on the phone or never respond or return a call. Unbelievable!!! My first visit in February with the doctor was quick and efficient. The staff in the office scheduled me for a sleep study on March 19. On the 18th I received a VM saying my insurance did not cover the scheduled study in the lab and I would need to complete one at home. I picked up the machine and returned it. About a week later they called to say there was no data and I would have to do it again. I am so satisfied with the care I am getting from this new clinic, vs the lung/sleep clinic on Royal Oak hospital campus. Night and Day difference.
