I am so satisfied with the care I am getting from this new clinic, vs the lung/sleep clinic on Royal Oak hospital campus. Night and Day difference.
Such amazing staff
Dr Mohammed and his office staff are completely incompetent Went in for a sleep study met with dr M and a resident and a note dictator person and all the dr did was look down my throat with his IPhone flashlight asked me a couple of questions and set me up with another visit to pick up sleep study machine and was told to get a lung screening that the office manager never got approval until I called to find out why 3 weeks later after test and still no results from the test My wife and I called the office five times and was h... read more
Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful towards my husbands conditions. It seems like these bad reviews might be fishy. Staff was also considerate and helpful. There was a wait for the appointment, but it was the end of the day and not unreasonable. Would recommend.
Absolutely never visit this practice, they have no idea what they are doing. It has been a three-month nightmare to get my bill resolved. They refuse to bill your insurance and expect the patient to pay the full bill out of pocket. They harassed me with text messages, emails, phone calls, voice mails, and mailing me paper bills; trying to harass me into paying the full bill. They only addressed the issue after I had my ATTORNEY send them a letter threatening to sue. That is the only way they will discuss your bill with you. ... read more
