Sometimes things do take a little bit of extra time here, but i received wonderful treatment despite having terrible insurance and that's not an easy thing to find. Kayla Myers takes time to hear and understand what is going on with me personally instead of giving me whichever pills are trendiest for my diagnosis. The quality of care here is exceptional.

I was charged no show up claim. But I didn’t receive any letter, message or call in advance. I called the office and the office said they called me and left voicemail. But I didn’t receive any voicemail from their office. The office must did something wrong with calling. The manager was rude doesn’t do void for me.

This is by far the worst front office staff I’ve ever experienced at a doctor office. I type this as I was supposed to receive instructions for my sleep study a week in advance. It’s now morning of and I am on my fourth round of phone calls to just get hung up on or sent to voicemail. This was the same experience with scheduling and getting appointments on the books.

I have not had a CPAP machine for six months now despite approval. No one here answers the phone, there is no voice mail and when you do get someone, they tell you to call back later. Messages are not returned. I honestly wonder at this point if some kind of Medicaid fraud is going on here. They sent me to a place that keeps telling me they are sending me a machine but they never do. I can't get ahold of anyone here to simply send the script to a different provider.
