Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful towards my husbands conditions. It seems like these bad reviews might be fishy. Staff was also considerate and helpful. There was a wait for the appointment, but it was the end of the day and not unreasonable. Would recommend.
Absolutely never visit this practice, they have no idea what they are doing. It has been a three-month nightmare to get my bill resolved. They refuse to bill your insurance and expect the patient to pay the full bill out of pocket. They harassed me with text messages, emails, phone calls, voice mails, and mailing me paper bills; trying to harass me into paying the full bill. They only addressed the issue after I had my ATTORNEY send them a letter threatening to sue. That is the only way they will discuss your bill with you. ... read more
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Sometimes things do take a little bit of extra time here, but i received wonderful treatment despite having terrible insurance and that's not an easy thing to find. Kayla Myers takes time to hear and understand what is going on with me personally instead of giving me whichever pills are trendiest for my diagnosis. The quality of care here is exceptional.
I was charged no show up claim. But I didn’t receive any letter, message or call in advance. I called the office and the office said they called me and left voicemail. But I didn’t receive any voicemail from their office. The office must did something wrong with calling. The manager was rude doesn’t do void for me.
