As always, I can never say enough about your staff! The ladies there are so nice and make you feel at home as soon as you enter. Brenda does such a great job and I have known her so long that it always feels like I am coming to see an old friend. And, both doctors are amazing! I had the chance to meet with them both this time and am so impressed - especially with their kindness and special empathy for all their patients. You really have a wonderful practice! I'm sure all your patients feel the same! Thank you!
I recently decided to find a Dentist close to my home in Lilburn. Right around the corner from my subdivision is the Lipson Dental Group. EVERYONE was extremely professional and courteous during my 2 visits starting with a cleaning and check up. I had 2 cavities which Dr. Ryan Gilleland filled for me yesterday. I am in absolutely zero pain today and all day yesterday I only had a dull ache later in the evening which ibuprofen took care of. Setting an appointment was so easy and for on-the-go busy people like myself their system to remind you of appointment is the best I have seen. I arrived at the office and my wait time was literally less than 15 minutes before I was called to the back. My hygienist and her assistant were very thorough and kept me informed. This was by far one of the most stellar customer/patient services I have ever received.
Normally I only post reviews when Ive had a bad or horrible experience with a company, but after visiting this facility I had to write a review on how pleasant my experience was. From the front desk girl Kristen who was an absolute delight ,to the staff, everyone was extremely nice. Like most ppl I HATE going to the dentist, but I have to admit, this office was very professional, kind, and patient. I would absolutely recommend anyone who has a fear of the dentist like I do to check this business out.
Best dental cleaning experience. Dental hygienist was vet gental and professional. Dr Kapur is one of the best in business.
