I submitted a request through the online scheduler but never heard back. I called to follow up and received a rude response, simply stating they were very busy and would call me back. It’s been a week, and I still haven’t received any follow-up, making me question whether my name and number were even noted. This place might offer great services, but they don’t seem to be interested in giving potential customers the opportunity to experience them.
The doctor was great! I appreciated her explaining my benefits so I could choose the best option for my visit. Also was thorough at explaining things throughout.
My husband and I recently had our progressive lenses replaced in existing frames and received excellent care from optician Bal. It can be challenging to get progressives to fit just right, and Bal went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new lenses. Everyone in the shop is friendly and accommodating, and it's a pleasant, brightly-lit environment with a lovely assortment of frames.
Very difficult to schedule an appointment. Have not heard back despite reaching out on their online scheduler and leaving voicemail.
Truly exceptional service. But today they went WAY above and beyond. My husband's glasses broke. We went in to see what our options were. While we are in the process of figuring that out, they came up with a pair of frames that fit his lenses, and gave them to him as a loaner. Never heard of an optometrist doing that before, and it impressed us. I also like how much time they take to ensure you get the lenses that work best for your style and needs.
