this is my first review 1. service was excellent and the only reason that New Look is receiving one star 2. felt unsafe ( people who are home challenge and addicted ) hang around at Tim Horton entrance, next door) and are aggressive. 3. my bill was $477.00 and second pair would cost $ 131.50 this is including sunglasses 4. expected to wait 21 days for glasses 5. again this is not a reflection of service ( sale rep was pretty good and very professional ) 6.
