Though i have had positive visits no one is answering the phone and we have an emergency with our snake. No one else around us, even wachussett will take him as an emergency. Overall i am dissapointed.

Please call my cell phone. The number is given in our outgoing message and I try to be available 24/7 by phone when I'm not in the office. Angell Memorial has emergency service for exotic animals when we are not open. Wachusett Animal Hospital should have referred you there or to Tufts if they have an exotic animal vet on call.

I travel past 3 or 4 Vets before I get to Lunenburg Vet Hospital. I have always been happy with the way my dog has been treated. I truly believe that the animals are loved and cared for here. It is worth it to me to travel for 40 minutes to get there and know my dog is in safe hands. Thank you
