Stopped coming here for service and will longer buy vehicles from them, after 2 previous new vehicle purchases. Came in for a low-oil light, and got quoted $500 just to diagnose - while never checking the actual oil level, which was just low. A rear brake pad service also cost roughly $500+. Now a subframe frame transmission bushing requires dropping the whole sub frame at 9 hours of labor, and dealer-required tool, all for a $150 part. I've driven VWs since the mk2/3 era - and will never buy another one again.
Bought a new 2025 and it came with a factory defect. It had to go to the body shop. Next the tint job had some flaws in it. Took it to a real tint place and they fixed it . License plate showed up and I tried to put it on. Lundes drilled the hole to put the paper temp plate on and the hole was too close to the under edge of the bumper and the state plate would not fit. I had to re drill another hole.so that the plate could be installed. I will not be returning to this dealer. I would advise you not to patronize this place.
5 starts when purchasing a new vehicle last year (from the sales department) and 5 stars today bringing it back for it's first service! I was very impressed from the time I dropped my vehicle off. Very attentive service staff and quite pleased with the time it took to service the vehicle. Probably the best dealership that I have every dealt with all the way around!
If you are able to connect with a team member, they are great and go above and beyond! But actually connecting or getting a timely reply by phone or email is difficult without multiple follow ups.
