Dr. Lundstrom gives good advice by explaining options (if available) for treatment plans, including pricing. At every visit he asks personal questions like how's the family, what have you been up to, etc. Which is nice because I relax more. I really don't have any complaints or suggestions for improvement, This clinic is simply the best.
Just had a tooth crowned. Beautiful, perfect fit the first time, delivered at the same app't. Dr. uses computerized, on-site Cerec milling and finishing ceramic crown customized to your teeth. Dr. Jim is an excellent technician. No pain during or after appointment. Everything was clearly explained, from diagnosis, to procedure. And no undo pressure to have it done. I'm very satisfied. Best crown precedure I've ever had.
Made appointment for TEETH CLEANING. Had extensive history and exam in the "impressive" office, but no cleaning. Made second appointment for cleaning. Upon walking out of office, Tooth #8 new restoration broke off. On third appointment, paid three times as much to have it redone, even though Dr. Lundstrom was the one who broke it off. Dr. Lundstrom seemed judgmental, tense and somewhat unfriendly. I later found out that he told another dentist I was "crazy":(( Welcome to Fargo!!

It is extremely important to us that we create expectations for our patients & follow through with or surpass those expectations. All care recommended in our office & cost of that care is presented to our patients, in writing, prior to it being completed. After the care & cost is accepted & written consent is given, by the patient, treatment begins.
