Was directed to Joe at Lund heating and cooling from our warranty company on a Sunday the day after our A/C went out. Joe texted me later that day letting me know he would be over the next day to diagnose the problem. He showed up on time and quickly figured out we needed a new unit. He reported back to Cinch for them to approve which they did. Joe got back to me faster than the warranty company to let me know when he could come install the new unit. Con man. Mentioned he would lie to the warranty company we use, which he partners with, to get us a new furnace along with the AC unit which is not working, if we would agree to pay him 6k for the new set up. He said was a "great deal because he sells us the unit at cost and cinch barely covers labor". When I mentioned I wasn't sure we even needed a new furnace because it was fine when we moved in in December & he got weird and said he would come back to the house to charge the AC unit in 2 days.
