I had my crv towed to Lundegren when it did not shift into park. Gail and the service team kept me informed about the necessary repairs as well as some of the recall items that were needed. They offered a payment plan which was great to have the option if needed.
Lundgren of Auburn consistently does a great job with service and we have an Accord with 260K mi on it that still runs great after sticking with them to keep up with regular maintenance.
Gail was terrific as usual and explained everything that needed to be done and kept us abreast along the way Having done business with Lundgren since 1986 is a statement in itself. Always satisfied with purchases and service.
Paige us incredible - extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things to me presuming I’ll understand her - not the treatment I always get as a woman customer - she’s friendly, funny, and really responsive and available - she’s the best service person I’ve worked with bar none. Ask for her - you won’t regret it!!!!
