Service department has no idea what they are doing. They like to throw parts at a vehicle without proper diagnosis. Brought my truck to them with a no start issue. They put a new starter and battery in it. It already had a new starter and battery installed. They had the vehicle for 10 months! Then they claimed it needed a fuel pump. The fuel pump had just been replaced as well. So in the end they charged me over $2,300 to install a starter and battery! And I had to trailer the vehicle home unfixed.
