It seems like everywhere you go today customer service is terrible. We bought a 2020 Ford Escape that had a recall on the doors. We have been trying for over 2 years to get the drivers door fixed. It won't unlock with the fob. They took the doors off fixed the weld (recall) we thought they would fix the inside part too since the door was apart ( we would gladly pay the difference) and that's what we were told was being fixed.
