I recently purchase a CPO Gold F150. My experience at Lundgren Ford was great. I was very happy to find a truck with the features I wanted locally. It was a very smooth unpressured buying experience. From the minute I walked into the dealership to inquire about the vehicle to signing the final paperwork, my sales person Matt did a great job of highlighting the trucks features and Olin was very helpful in explaining financing and going over the paperwork. Best dealer we've used for buying and service of our cars. Wish we would of found this dealer years ago.
Stopped in to see if they could help me out because my company truck was making a strange noise, i was told they could help February 8th.. What kind of dealership can't take a step outside to look at something simple? Why would you buy a car from a place that would tell you to wait over a month if that new car had issues?
