This office had all my information on a procedure done 2 years ago by another facility. Nothing on my current back issue was available. Nurse couldn't get my BP after trying 2x. She was going to pull my info for the Dr but never came back with it. The doctor says 'so you're hear for your shoulder' no my back! Not the info I have here. Your nurse was going to pull it for you. I cannot say one good thing about this doctor. He is a rude, nasty and very unprofessional. I almost died under his care. He made me wait for eight weeks, knowing I had sepsis, for surgery. I was so weak and so gravely ill by the time he operated on me. He gave me no antibiotics, not one medication for sepsis. I was taken to the ER several times. Those doctors called him and asked him to please come in to do the surgery. He would not. I was too ill to even try to look for another surgeon. I could not eat, I had malnutrition,... read more

He interrupted me each time I spoke and talked down to me. He’s ask half-baked questions act annoyed and frustrated with me for not understanding what he was asking when he realized my answer wasn’t what he was (apparently?) looking for. His walls were paper thin and doors left open to consult patients; I knew what the 5 other people in there were all there for and their medical histories by the time I left. Not good. Dr. Eric Lundgren is definitely an asset to our community medical system. . After having cancer previously, I was very nervous about the biopsy I needed. He explained everything before as well during the procedure. He also called me immediately when getting results from test which naturally eased my mind. I had no waiting time in waiting room, exam room or med arts building. The office personnel also was very helpful and friendly. Would always recommend Dr Lundgren to everyone..
Very professional. Explains things very well. Extremely experienced. All around good experience. He removed my wife's gall bladder. No problems, no scaring. Recommend highly!
I would highly recommend Dr. Lundgren. He was very pleasant and talked to me as a person. He explained to me my issues in a way I understood. He did not rush me out. It was my first visit with him and he made me feel at ease from the very beginning. Excellent!!!
