I was introduced to this guy when I had my first round of Pella replacement windows installed. He was one of their independent contract certified installers. I ve used him for more window installs and other remodeling project around the house and he does great work. He is very good about cleaning up during and afterwards. If you want cheap and/or fast, look elsewhere, but if you want quality and attention to detail, call Howard.
