Such amazing service and Lundeen's! I had a great experience buying a car recently. Kirk was such a great salesman and answered all my questions, was so friendly, and helped make the process so smooth. Everyone I met at Lundeen's was wonderful!
I don't always put a lot of stock in 5 star ratings. As a consumer I'm sometimes wary that they're either asked for or left by people who don't come across any complication. Neither is the case for me. My car repair was not as linear as I had hoped. Which was not the service center's fault. The shop handled it with grace anyhow. My hybrid battery was recharged, starter battery was replaced, a sensor was replaced, customer service bulletin handled (I would have called this a recall item- but I don't work for Ford), and the ca... read more
