Poor customer service
Pretty disappointed with my experience today. Stopped in as I saw a GMC Envoy out back that looked for sale, but hadn't been cleaned or anything. Stopped inside to inquire if it was for sale, and the salesman confirmed it was. When he went to grab the keys, he came back and stated his manager said it was destined for auction. When I asked if they would sell it wholesale instead of auction, I was met with a firm no. This practice doesn't make any sense to me.
