Today I've filed complaints with the BBB and the SD attorney general's office. I've been trying to get my refund of 2500 dollars since May. I call and call and they still will not refund my money. It's so sad that they would treat a small business owner this way.

However, when it comes to the customer service I received from Custom Truck Equipment, there is no comparable! By far the best I have ever been treated in the retail industry!!
