Customer Service is a nightmare. Getting refund for canceled orders is very hard. They ask customers to check all bank statements to find out which card was used for payment, instead of processing refund to original method of payment. All other business I've dealt with could see my Credit card type. Dealing with LunchBox Orders is very difficult. Very unprofessional Service.
Canceling is difficult. It is super frustrating when you kids become ill and you can't cancel the order for the next day. I liked Lunch Lady a lot more - homemade healthy food in kid sized portions.
LunchBox orders are a great program that no only helps parents with lunch options that kids love, but they have a wonderful "volunteer recognition" program for nominated students as well! It's great that an organization goes above and beyond to recognize these kids for their efforts. It really makes them feel appreciated.
I asked for a credit when our orders were canceled due to covid-19. It took a little time to process but the company was very professional and I would recommend them for use in the future.
