I literally just wanted to find a repair facility that listened to my wants and needs. I came across Lunchbox Garage and finally found an honest facility. They work with you, give you options and that’s why I tell everybody to go to this repair center. Thank you for your service to my vehicles and I will be back. Update as of 1/2024 this facility is now run like every other facility out there, their policy and procedures have changed and I can no longer recommend this service center. Excellent customer service! Authentic! I had leak in my car tire, my dealer said i had change my tire. Lunch box ppl are honest folk they said it is a leak i will fix it. I was in and out in 30min. Highly recommend.
The quality of the work has gone down since they have hired outside help. I was lied to and my car was not fixed properly. I had to do my struts myself because the guy lied and said the spacer would not fit. i should have done my own work in the first place. This is exactly why i don't trust people working on my cars. I also had to replace the new ball joint that the worker split. The worker flat out lied and said he tried to do it for an hour.
