This place is TERRIBLE! The office staff and management includes a bunch of recovering alcoholics and criminals. They have more turnover than McDonalds. The office staff rates the office 5 stars on google to get their rating up. Seems like fraud to me. They constantly order unnecessary tests. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to send a referral to see a specialist. The Dr, the NPs, and the other nurses act scared to do their jobs because of the managers treating them so terrible. I have always had wonderful care at Lunceford. I can always be seen in the same day and all my needs are taken care of!
From being spoken down to "I know how YOUR PEOPLE are", to having to practically beg for a referral after an injury.... Do not chose this practice as your PCP. The office staff is exceptional, always sweet and friendly and the only reason this review is t 0 stars.
The most beautiful doctor I've ever seen in my life is here. It was hard to talk to her because of her breathtaking beauty. Stunning! But once I recovered, she took care of my problem and seemed genuinely concerned. I think I've found a new primary care physician. Plus she has "small" fingers.
