If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION. DIDNT EVEN SEE THE DOCTOR. After an hour of waiting after my appointment time, I asked to reschedule my appointment as I was never even acknowledged by staff. The first time I was directly spoken to was to be asked to go to a different waiting room because they needed to make a phone call and my 1 year old was becoming restless after the hour of waiting. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Dr. Casanas today. He is extremely knowledgable about the issues I was having and he took a lot of time to explain in-depth cause, effect and solutions and why other doctors failed me. I always want to know the "why" and "how". He in full detail, provided scientific facts about the body, possible solutions and recommendations in problem solving. I respect him very much for doing taking this time with me. His front-staff were very friendly as well. The office offers a "home" type of atmos... read more
I was recommended to Dr Casanas from a friend and was so glad I was able to get him as my PCM using Tricare. Coming from Military medical facilities, the level of care is very limited for time and quality. This Dr gave me a full consultation, asked tons of questions and genuinely wanted to help. His support staff are warm and friendly and immediately put me at ease. I’m hopeful now that I will finally feel better and go on the live life at the fullest!

Worst place ever,Staff dint answer the phone and no one speak Spanish. Staff do sent know what are they doing and also they never find patients charts at the time of their appointments. Never the same people on the front its very unprofessional.
