DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CLOTHES WITH THIS LADY! Been coming here for about a year since it's close to my house. The lady that runs the place is totally incompetent and extremely nonchalant about damaging clothes, not having your clothes ready in time, clothes still being dirty etc. Here's a perfect example: I brought my favorite dress shirt to her with a tiny grease stain. I have gone there for years, unfortunately the service has declined over the years and the owner has been uncaring and indifferent about causing damages to my clothing. The prices have gone up and quality has gone down. But the worst part is her horrible customer service. It really is a shame.
