doing business with the IRS is better than this clown-show. they sold me a truck, i paid cash outright, they made a mistake on paperwork told me to come back and pay more; put locking lug nuts on truck but didn't give me lug key; they made fraudulent advertisements for the vehicle I purchased regarding vehicle options; and in my opinion, doing business in bad faith and not knowing contract law.
