I came in for a regular pedicure with a French tip and was really disappointed with the service. They didn’t exfoliate my feet or the bottoms at all with a pumice stone or foot file—just squirted on some scrub and maybe did a quick pass over. There was no proper massage with lotion, no hot towel, nothing you’d normally expect from a basic pedicure anywhere else.
