I have never run out of a salon so fast in my life. Was going to get my gel removed and a new gel mani. Sat in the chair and saw how busted and dirty everything at the station was. Then she pulls out tools WITH RUST that have never seen an autoclave. I told her not to trim my cuticles bc I didn’t want the tools anywhere near me and she did it anyway. I've been goinig to this location for over 10 years and the new owners are poorly managing the business. It's been less than a year and they've lost a lot of the good technicians and the empty shop is a reflection of that. Customers are no longer coming here. There is a communication issue. They do not honor scheduled appointments. I scheduled a 4:30pm with Pang and she's in the middle of doing someone else's feet. The owner at the front told me I never scheduled anything. My SNS nail fell off after two days. Fill in has smudge on it. Very rushed and sloppy. I went friday for my initial mani and the lady tried to remove my nails with a metro card??? Would not recommend .
