Shared my past hair history with Matthew and showed inspo pics from their own salon that I wanted the honey beige color and long soft layers. He said he could do it with an additional $100 dollar charge for the “lifting” process to remove previous colors in particular sections of my hair, but it was never clarified that the lifting process was going onto all my hair. This is my haircut from there. I was so sad I took a risk with a new “stylist” and now I have to spend more money there to get my hair permed curly so it won’t look so bad. Just so disappointed. I told him to not make the layers short and he did anyway.

Had a great experience! Came in for a my first ever perm and it turned out great. Really happy with it and the salon itself is beautiful

I had a wonderful experience with Kaka Zheng today 🥰He was incredibly kind and took all his time with my keratin treatment, making sure everything was done with care. I truly appreciate his hard work— he's the best stylist I've had so far! The only downside was that I found the pricing a bit on the higher side, almost double compared to other salons & regretted it in last minute. Kaka Zheng is 5/5 because he deserves it🫡 but the place is 2/5.

Didnt receive the exact color I was promised. I went back hoping they’d offer some kind of solution, but they weren’t willing to help and instead suggested I bleach my hair again at my own expense—$400. While I do like the haircut, I’m really disappointed that they didn’t inform me beforehand that the color might not turn out the same. Later, they just said it depends on the hair. That’s something I should’ve been told upfront. I ended up spending a lot of money with unsatisfactory results. I won’t be returning.
