Parking is extremely limited and there are lots of security camreas. The downstairs public bathrooms are always locked and there are limited facitlites and no visitor parking which is espically difficult if you are disabled. There are also no disabled fire escapes and the decor style is lacking. they don't clean the washrooms as much as they should but other then that it is pretty nice. It is convieniently located near downtown and is close to public transportation.

She is very accessible and responds promptly when we need her assistance. I highly recommend this pl... read more
