Juan Luna and his team finished an extra bonus room in our Chapel Hill home. They added a window, taped and floated a 11'x16' room, and installed baseboard and flooring. The entire team was very professional and polite. During the final review of the installation, Juan determined a few items not meet his expectations, so he had his team come out the following day to redo some of the drywall work. Juan was very responsive to come out to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and I’m definitely going to go back and recommend him.
Our storage facility had some issues with downspout drainage which lead to sinkholes developing along the back of our property. Juan and his crew came out and installed larger downspouts and drainage piping. It has been a couple of weeks now and we have no issues. We are very happy with the work they provided and would highly recommend them!
