Always great food. Had shrimp paella. We all had something different. All was good and great service. Love this place!
As a walk in on a Saturday night with no reservation, we decided to sit in the bar area, outside. There were plenty of heaters to keep us warm. The service and food were excellent!
Beautiful atmosphere & friendly waiters. I've been to Luna red three times and it's always been a great experience. I moved to SLO nine months ago and I've recommended it to everyone who asks me where to go to have a great dinning experience.
We had a wonderful NEW YEARS EVE DINNER & celebration! We shared the small plates for starters than added a couple of Paella's for our group of nine. We enjoyed everything!
The ambience is fun, and relaxed. The menu does not have a lot to choose from. The place mentions tapas and I did not recognize any tapas unless by tapas they meant smaller plates to share and not the traditional Spanish Tapas. I did order the tacos and the ceviche sampler. The food was very good. I would have given this place a higher score, but I strongly feel that a lot of the enjoyment comes from great customer service. Our waitress did not visit us much and when she did, it felt like we were imposing on her.
The paella is fantastic!!!! The service is exceptional. The only downside is they no longer carry my favorite brand of Moscato.
