This has been a great property to live. Kayla the property manager is nice and pleasant to talk to and great with communicating effectively. She makes sure any orders are turned in and given to maintenance in a timely manner. With that being said, Spencer is great. He knows what he’s doing and gets the job done the first time. Although he’s a temp, I hope he sticks around for a long time and hire him on permanently. I’ve been here for a year and I have had no issues.
