I love living here! The ducks living at the property are so cute, maintenance is so fast and responsive! There’s so much to do in Hampton and nearby, Fort Monroe and Peninsula Town Center are close by.
These people are out of pocket that is running this complex. I moved in the complex in August 2024 and I had several turn offs firstly there is roaches that appears out the blues in your apartment on a weekly basis there is fleas all over in the kitchen when I moved in and I couldn't find where they was coming in from report this and they so sent pest control which didn't help cause the fleas was still there I had to buy so much different stuff to get rid of them the manager tells you that your water bill is being charged ba... read more

Alec has been such a great help in working to find us a place here. He has been so professional and the process went so smooth. It’s always great to have a friendly face like him around the property. I love how modern it is and the amenities are great too!
My husband and I just moved in yesterday but everything went smoothly and the staff are nice! Maintenance does their job quickly and efficiently, I love this place so far, no complaints!
