The person on the phone was super pushy and patronizing. I called for an appointment, I'm in pain. They said they had to get my info to check my coverage. After I gave them my info, they immediately created a user and pasw under my name without asking, I got it by text. They they've asked for a credit card in order to secure the appointment. It was a little hard to get started since I’m going through workers comp is why the four star. But other than that my therapist Jeremy is great. I am very pleased with his knowledge and skills. I highly recommend Luna to all. There is nothing like learning in your own home it makes it way easier to remember what to do.
I am happy with Luna's Therapist. With her help and the exercises she recommended, my Vertigo is slowly going away. It really helps. Thank you.
My Therapist Cole is very professional and clear in his communication as to what we are trying to achieve. He listens to my concerns and open to adjusting all exercises. He makes me feel comfortable with my treatment and at the same time helps me to challenge myself each time we meet. I have only had three visits but I am encouraged with my progress.
Very convenient that they come to your house and very knowledgeable PT.
