I had a highly disappointing experience with Luna at Home PT. The therapist arrived at my home without a table, despite my clear communication that one was necessary. Instead, she suggested working on my bed, which was completely inappropriate for the session. Adding to the frustration, she disregarded my surgeon’s specific instructions, claiming that I didn’t need stretching—despite my surgeon stating that stretching was the only thing I needed. Actually interesting, and pleasant.
My experience with Luna was very positive. I would highly recommend John as a very pleasant person and great Physical Therapist. If I need home PT again, I will request Luna.
My Luna physical therapist is Claire. She's outstanding! Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and a great listener. Really helping me recover from my knee replacement surgery. Highly recommended!
