Over the course of my treatment, my assigned provider, Justin Kwai, frequently arrived late to scheduled appointments—often by around 15 minutes—and ended sessions early. Ineffective therapy, and more expensive (via tacked on fees) than regular therapy. Would not recommend.

Had a very negative experience trying to use Luna, who was recommended by my mother's doctor. They answer the phones immediately to get you started, and then after a month of "trying to get a therapist" they are dropping her because there are no therapists available in the area. They could have said this one month ago so we could have gone with someone else (and I called everyweek to followup). This didn't happen overnight. I had a highly disappointing experience with Luna at Home PT. The therapist arrived at my home without a table, despite my clear communication that one was necessary. Instead, she suggested working on my bed, which was completely inappropriate for the session. Adding to the frustration, she disregarded my surgeon’s specific instructions, claiming that I didn’t need stretching—despite my surgeon stating that stretching was the only thing I needed.
