My daughter went in today and had the WORST experience. The man doing her nails had a horrendous attitude. Luna needs to do better. You are a customer based business, not the way to keep customers. So disappointed.
Lisa was awesome! I work in sales and customer service and didn’t really want to talk when I came in this morning and she respected that. I got the gel mani/pedi for $85 and then opted for a pedicure upgrade which brought my total bill up to $100!! I forget what exactly the name was, but the pedicure upgrade was priced at $50. I opted for lavender herbs for my herbal foot bath. I opted to get my callouses removed, get a 10 minute massage, and my legs, feet, and skin are thanking me for it! Got my nails done at this place. Horrible experience. I genuinely would not recommend anyone to come here. They did not prep my nails (file) before gluing on the tips and using acrylic powder. I am a nail tech, so I know what they did wrong. My nails popped off the next day. I paid $325 for 3 sets of nails, which they all fell off within 3 days. I’m very dissapointed.
