Nails were clipped and not shaped until after shellac. Soaked nails in cold cold water not warm water. I asked if he was going to shape the nails before color was applied and he stated no after. One nail now has a flaw. Edges are rough. Only solution was if chip come in we fix. Massage was forearm not hand or fingers. No cuticle oil was used. This was the second time I had a bad experience.

This was by far my most amazing nails experience. Not only did my nails come out beautiful and just what I asked for but they also fixed it a few days later when I accidentally broke a nail. The people here are always positive and have A+ attitudes. They were very reassuring with my 9 year old sister. 100% will be coming back!!

I got my nails just a simple gel for a wedding and was in a time crunch they got us in quickly and double checked that the coat was even and gave a nice massage at the end (: will come back for sure!! We had to go to 4 different shops that were all busy or couldn’t get us in in time but Luna nails was prompt with the service <3

i’ve never been to this place before but the service was amazing! i didn’t have $60 but luna let me get my nails done for $30! she’s really nice and did a great job :)
