In town for a family visit and needed a fill in really bad. Kayla was fantastic. She is very professional and made sure I was pleased with my nails.
Luna Nails is the best nail salon ever. I moved from here a few months ago and this salon gives Los Angeles salons a run for their money. I gave a few ideas for inspiration and Kayla worked miracles! I recommend this salon to anyone. It is extremely clean and calming the staff is amazing! They've got a lifelong customer in me.
Today was an awful experience. I made an appointment a couple days ago and I asked for a person who specialized in design, and that I needed a new set. They understood and scheduled me today. I arrive at 3pm when my nail appointment was, and no one was ready for me. Eventually I was seated and I was immediately was in disbelief. The woman who did my nails used plastic nail tips and tried ripping off my nails- to which then my thumb nail cracked and started bleeding like crazy. Ouch.
