Went June 9th to get acrylics done. The website describes cleanly disinfecting procedures, which is the opposite of my experience. COVERED in powder and debris/ bits of nails caked on to every surface including material containers. Some stations did seem much cleaner. A quieter gentleman ended up taking me on and botched my nails quite a bit. They ended up slanted/ sideways and when I asked to fix the positioning -then polish when it didn’t look like the color I picked- he appeared very annoyed. My nails were over filed and ... read more
Experience was so good, I’m in my car outside the salon writing this review. I went in for my birthday as a treat to myself, and received probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my 29 years. A perfect French tip, an amazing massage, quality products and such a kind interaction from the man doing my service, I didn’t catch his name but top notch in terms of making the experience a real, relaxed experience! My name is Meme, and I just want to share how incredible Holly is at Luna Nails. She has done everything for me — my nails, pedicures, eyelashes, waxing — basically every service they offer, and she’s amazing at all of it. I even followed her from her previous salon to Luna Nails. I know that sounds a little wild, maybe even a tiny bit stalker‑ish, but when you find someone this talented, you follow them.
