they scammed me. and overcharged me for a service they didn’t do. didn’t give me my receipt and always try to get me to pay the whole thing with cash which is annoying and sketchy.

Went in a week ago today. Requested that my current acrylics were removed and hard gel was applied to my natural nails. When the tech started to do a fill, I presented the service ticket they printed and handed to me. She told me a fill was the same price and that my natural nails weren’t “as pretty as acrylic”. I obliged and let her proceed with a fill. Less than a week later and EVERY nail is lifting and my right thumb is lifting so bad it has a visible gap along the edge.
