I am editing my original review after reading the owner's response because I want to clarify what actually happened. First, the statement suggesting that I caused a “big mess” during a previous visit is simply not accurate. I had only been to this salon one time before this visit, and there was no major problem or incident. I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in for a new Gel-X set, but halfway through the appointment I decided I didn’t want to continue after learning the nails were only expected to last about three weeks which wasn’t what I was looking for. The nail tech I usually go to at a different nail salon wasn't available today. He's always able to get my nails to last a month and a half! We stopped in on a Friday night around 7:30 PM for two pedicures, a full set, and a dip set with custom designs on every finger. Even though they were packed when we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and were upfront about the wait, which ended up being about 20–30 minutes. I really appreciated the honesty instead of being told "just a few minutes."
