I walked in roughly 40 minutes before closing time & informed the lady that I simply wanted my toes polished. She lied and told me that they were closed. Another customer walked in minutes before me & requested a pedicure & they serviced her.

The young lady was so sweet, did a wonderful job, but services are rushed.
I walked in on Friday afternoon for a refill and eyebrow wax and was asked to come back the next day. I went back on Saturday and sat for an hour and a half with no service started. After watching other customers being greeted. After leaving and calling, I was told to come back and I could be started right away. Awful customer service and I would not recommend.
