very unhappy with my experience. i made my appointment four days ahead and when i showed up they had no recollection of my appointment. i had to show my call log to prove i had the right salon. i waited a hour to be seen and it was thirty minutes before close. i wanted a acrylic refill. when the lady started drilling my nails she was scrapping my cuticles and even had my pinky bleeding and blamed it on me moving. she was rushing since it was so close to close and didnt ask what nail shape i wanted or if i wanted to cut down ... read more
The nail tech was great. She did exactly what I asked for. My nails are perfectly shaped. This was my first time but I’ll be back to see Lynn!

I had made an appointment three weeks in advance and I felt like they were so rushed when I came in. The lady that did my nails was not bad, but I have done my nails so much that I know when something is wrong. Three of my nails she did were crooked and wider. And I know sometimes the nails can be crooked but not three of them. She didn’t even fix to look like my other nails.
