I walked in on Friday afternoon for a refill and eyebrow wax and was asked to come back the next day. I went back on Saturday and sat for an hour and a half with no service started. After watching other customers being greeted. After leaving and calling, I was told to come back and I could be started right away. Awful customer service and I would not recommend.

I decided to try this nail salon on 2/7/26. I was excited and in the holiday spirit. Upon arrival, the salon looked clean. It was low key busy. The pedi chairs looked welcoming. There was a beautiful chandelier hanging in the center. I was greeted immediately and asked what services I wanted. I asked for a full set and a pedicure. I was directed to a pedicure chair and an older gentleman came out from the back to work on me right away. He was so kind as to offer me a refreshment. I asked for a sprite.
