Spa like quality without the high spa prices. My family loves Luna Nails. We have been coming here for 3 years and have never had to wait long or had any complaints.
customer service was great they were sweet but my sister came out with something she absolutely didn’t like yes it’s her fault for speaking up but she is 13. i showed them what she wanted and she came out with her nails crooked and they painted her cuticles didn’t clean them up at all and burnt her with the drill. they looked like a 3 year old painted them. every finger nail was crooked and paint was very messy.
I had the best experience here. The shop was very clean and organized, they did not rush nor do a sloppy job.
They did a good job, but when I was checked out, the prices didn't match the prices I was told in the beginning, and it was outrageously priced, in my opinion.
I love this place! I’ve been a walk in each time I’ve been and have never waited more that 7 mins! Leon is my go to! He does the best I’ve EVER been to on my pedicures! He’s quick but pays attention to the smallest of details!
