Manicure done today. Lines aren’t clean cuticles not clean. Technicians wanted to gaslight me that it’s the color I chose. I mentioned to her that it is not the color it is your technique. She did two over— began to chop at my cuticles on the sides. Home now feeling that she actually cut me a few times . She never gave the massage I had to go and get my own shoes. I have quite a bit of experience doing my own nails and getting them done at salons. This time I decided to go to Luna Nail Lounge because I was tired and just wanted a quick service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I understand that at this price point perfection is not expected, but the technician did not seem experienced enough. I did not like this place. Had a trip last minute trip planned. I was walking past, decided to try them. Went in here, expecting decent service. They made me PAY first. The other patrons paid AFTER they received their services. Will not be returning.
