I have quite a bit of experience doing my own nails and getting them done at salons. This time I decided to go to Luna Nail Lounge because I was tired and just wanted a quick service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I understand that at this price point perfection is not expected, but the technician did not seem experienced enough. I did not like this place. Had a trip last minute trip planned. I was walking past, decided to try them. Went in here, expecting decent service. They made me PAY first. The other patrons paid AFTER they received their services. Will not be returning.

Updating to one star - only 10 days after my $150 manicure and Ive lost two nails from one hand. All the chrome is chipped. This should NOT happen with gel xtension. Please avoid this place. Terrible value for your money. good environment, pedicure was ok. only fo here if youre doing simple designs on natural nails. anything like gel x or special designs - go somewhere else. I’ve been a customer of this nail salon for a few years now but the last time I was there, the woman doing my manicure was so aggressive with the way she touched my hands and literally pulled my arms, it was insulting. I was a second away from getting up and walking out. I haven’t been back since and not sure I’ll return. Previous to that, I found the services to be fine for the price and good for this neighborhood.
