We recently worked with Terence (Luna Kitchen and Bath) to remodel our kitchen and main bathroom. It was our first time working with a designer, and we had a great experience! Terence really knows his stuff, and helped to make our spaces both beautiful and functional. He knows all the tricks to make use of every inch in these smaller, urban Seattle homes. We worked with Terence to remodel our kitchen, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He designed an entirely new layout, replacing a wall with a beautiful kitchen island to open up our space. The cabinetry is excellent quality—well-built, functional, and looks amazing. The final result is both stunning and highly practical, and we absolutely love our new kitchen.
I had a great experience with Terence and Nick at Luna Kitchen and Bath and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. The quality of their Columbia Cabinets is great—plywood boxes with solid hardwood doors, shelves, and drawers. Their design services were equally impressive. Extremely disappointed with Luna Kitchen and Bath. We worked with Luna for our kitchen cabinets, and they measured incorrectly, which resulted in the wrong cabinets being delivered. While mistakes happen, the real issue was the aftermath: we had to wait an additional two months - on top of the initial three-month lead time - for remeasuring and for the correct cabinets to be delivered. Terrence with Luna Kitchen and Bath goes beyond expectations! My plumbing configuration did not allow me to have a drawer for the new cabinet and vanity I ordered from them. I mentioned that I wished I had a drawer or a shelf to put my toiletries on so I didn't have to bend down every time to grab my toothbrush. Terrence said he would come back with a solution.
