Dr. Khadour’s practice is professional and exceptionally knowledgeable from front office staff to the back office staff. She is a Dr. you can trust who will look after your welfare with thorough understandings of the medical field and medicine. She is a provider who offers complete care of your condition(s).
Super rushed. She doesn't listen. And then when you do blood work, she just throws pills at you to fix the problem. no consultation or chat about it. Staff isn't very helpful either. I went to one appointment in hopes of finding a doctor that cares. I'm never going back.
Rude, rushed, didn't answer questions, didn't listen to what I was telling her, mean, her whole office staff was mean and rude. I just wish people somewhere in the world could be kind and professional and listen to you. Especially when you're paying them!

I left a message for the doctors’s nurse to call me back regarding a health concern I had about Covid, and never got a response.Is this how you treat all of your patients?I am now looking for a doctor and a medical who know how treat their patients with the level of respect and courtesy they deserve.Do not waste your time with this doctor or practice as they are in it for a financial gain not human care.

I was looking to have her as my PCP but she seemed annoyed that she had to deal with a new patient. I felt very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get out of there. She told me that she wasn't going to help me control my high blood pressure, and I'm still puzzled as to why. I'm walking around with sky high blood pressure because she refused to prescribe any meds. She seemed annoyed when I asked her questions about my health. Why get into the medical field if you are irritated by people?

Thursday morning June. 02, 2022 at 8:41am my daughter and I walked into Luna Khadours office the waiting area was empty. My daughter appointment was at 8:45am. 4 minutes early we were told have a seat someone would call us shortly. 9:12am still waiting, I asked the receptionist how much longer would the wait be? Dr. Khadour has been my primary doctor for 18 years and has never let me down. I have same day appointments many times over the years if needed. I have never had a problem with Dr. Khadour or staff and they all are courteous, prompt, professional and thorough . I do highly recommend Dr Khadour! I am not employed by this office nor am I a family member. Just like you I require someone to keep me in line with my health. Lena Reynolds July 28,2021
very poor customer service from the lady at the front desk, she is sending patients away for minimal issues, too lazy to check in a new patient who come in 11:30 for appt, was told have to re sch appt after she took 20 min with insurance, I work in doctors office and when a pt show up on time no matter how long it takes to get pt checked in that pt will be seen on that day
