Will never patronize any LG ever again. Had a really bad experience so reached out to Guest Relations who totally ignored me. I don't support businesses who don't value their customers.
Ordered family meal for 4 person. We have been ordering the same since Covid, almost once a month. The portions in every meal is almost cut to half now! Originally the family meal would come in 2 large containers, they reduced the size of everything and started serving all food in 1 container. Today, ordered the same family meal for 4, The single container is only 1/2 full, the container for sauce is 1/2 full…, It’s time for someone to pay attention to what is going on here.
